Veritas International Law Firm (VERITAS LAW) was founded by Vicky Wu, Managing Attorney, in early 2026. Having served nearly two decades as both a prosecutor and a judge, Ms. Wu came to feel that the neutrality inherent in those roles limited her ability to more proactively pursue her clients’ best interests. After completing her graduate and doctoral studies in the United States, she was convinced that transitioning into private practice would enable her to work more closely with clients—listening attentively to their needs, providing more tailored and comprehensive legal services, and speaking on their behalf in the pursuit of fairness and justice. With this conviction, she established Veritas International Law Firm.
“VERITAS” symbolizes the preservation of the spirit of the rule of law and justice. Grounded in strong professional competence and a deep commitment to service, the firm is dedicated to delivering comprehensive legal solutions. With “precision, prudence, trustworthiness, and reliability” as its core principles, Veritas supports clients in making clear and forward-looking legal decisions amid rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.
VERITAS LAW focuses on major economic and financial crimes, corporate legal affairs, cross-border transactions and disputes, corporate governance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Its clients include startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. By genuinely understanding each client’s circumstances and expectations, the firm provides clear, practical, and forward-looking legal advice—standing alongside clients as a trusted legal partner to navigate complexity, make sound decisions, and move forward with confidence when it matters most.
